well the relationship I had with credix was nice when they were still debiting my account, when I actually paid up everything and they are supposed to submit my profile to court for clearance they disappeared on me. I sent them multiple emails requesting clearance, the contact details they have provided sometimes it works and other times don't. Its been a month having paid off everything and submitted all the paid up letters but my name is still under debt review. In this case I am not sure who to talk to because my emails are being ignored
I have been calling and sending emails to Nedbank Debt Counselling and Recovery Services to get my credit card closed. My credit card is in credit of about R1300, I sent emails from 17 of Feb to get someone to refund the R1300 from my credit card to my personal account so my credit card can be closed. I have been waiting for this action to happen so I can get paid up letter and get removed from Debt Review, Nedbank has not been helpful in this matter even after trying to call them and email them. Just received only auto response that Nedbank has received my mail and I should wait 10 days for refund, its more than 10 days now and still no Refund. Seems like I should close all my products from Nedbank because of this poor service I received
I have been trying to get some help with paid letters for my outstanding 2 accounts, I sent emails and I called debt manager to assist me from last year. I paid this outstanding 2 accounts in full and I requested my name to be removed from debt review, the debt manager is not active to help me. I tried to communicate with my debt manager but the service is poor, he doesn't follow through my emails even when I call a lot of times i cant get hold of him. The statements that he sent to me they are all incorrect and contributions are going to the closed accounts. I am disappointed with credix debt management and I need to someone to help me
last moth I logged a query with Cell C regarding the content services they have been billing from my account, they said I must unsubscribe using *133*1# which I did. They further sent an email confirming that I have unsubscribe from the content services, this month they sent me a bill which overcharged again and it has content services they further added R97.78 for smart internet data. I called Cell C to advise them that I am still being charged the content services and I did not buy any data, I have not been using the sim card for 3 months now. Cell C has a bad services, even its agent when you call they just tell you that everything you want to know is in the statement, they don't want to even try to look into your problems. Client service is bad and I am looking forward to end my contract with them.
I have been billed for 2 months for content services from Cell C. I called to get clarity from them, they told me that I have subscribed to Basebone and they gave me a website info.waspa.org.za to log a query and they will assist. I sent an email to this Waspa and they responded saying that I have never subscribed to Basebone, I called Cell C again they told me that I have subscribed. They already billed me for 2 months for services I don't know, I am disappointed with Cell C and I am waiting for my contract to end I will never ever take any product from Cell C.
