3rd Party Claim and no feedback

Their client Bumped my car on 11/10/2017 and I have sent all they requested on 27/10/2017. I made it clear to them that I am using my Car for Work Purposes however they haven't got back to me and when I call them, they telling me their 3rd party claim takes long. so what about my Career because I have been struggling since the date of the Accident. I was forced to take Leave at work because I am struggling to get to work or to do what I am Employed to do. kindly please assist as I cant afford to Pay legal fees to report them, I am honestly Struggling and I was never at Fault when the Accident happened.
