Hey My name is Kenya on the 11 /11/2017 I bought tiles to the value of R6063.44. I was promised that they will deliver the goods on 13 or 14th Nov and the following day the sales Rep Steven Mahlangu phoned me to informed me that the tiles are discontinued. On the 28 Nov I went back to make a cancellation to get my money back . An electronic reversal was done and I never got a notification I ask the cashier why I didn't get the notification she said it will probably reflect the following day. Until today I haven't g or my money back. I enquire with the shop today I was told that money was transferred in my account and was turned back to them I must come to the shop with my debit card to rectify it. This is totally unacceptable and very bad service.
