WORST RENTAL AGENCY IN WESTRAND - START PROPERTIES

Absolutely the worst rental agency in the west rand , we are being billed 53% of our rental for electricity only , two people at work from 06:00 to 18:00 are billed R3500 for electricity when we are barely home , your complaints and emails fall on deaf ears and you are simply expected to pay what you are billed on your rental statement. You can be billed R12000 for a house rented at R5700 simply because of ridiculous electricity bills.
