Be careful of this company. I sold my bike over 4 years ago and notified them of this, and recently noticed they still debit my account. Funny thing is I changed banks and didn't give the new details to them, yet they found my new details and just continued debiting me. No refund for all the years I paid for no service?? No one knows what happened?? This is BS
So do I just stop my payment at the bank, or is someone going to call me to cancel my contract? I have been complaining on Hellopeter for more than a month now, and your call centre never answers when I phone. In fact, I'm writing this review while I'm holding. Make sure you don't deduct my account again or else I will take you to court
I have been a very loyal client of Telkom for almost 2 years and recently got a call from their sales department to "Upgrade" my Uncapped LTE to Fibre since our area now has this available. I obviously agreed to upgrade, and they said it should take between 2 and 4 weeks for the technician to contact me for installation. Well I called them after 5 weeks since I haven't heard anything and after being passed from pillar to post I finally spoke to a very rude agent whom told me I have to wait to get approved by Telkom (what, am I applying for a loan!). I told her that it's been over 5 weeks, and after a heated conversation she asked me if I wanted to cancel as she will do this for me. I found this very unprofessional and rude to say the least. The weird thing is that my neighbour wasn't a member of Telkom and I told him about Telkom Fibre. He called and applied, and within 2 weeks had his line approved and installed. The message I'm getting is that Telkom is great at getting new clients hooked in, but the after sales service is S*(&t. It's been more than 2 months now and still no attempt or call from them. They should hire leaders that knows how to run a call centre business and that knows how to treat clients with respect. Calling the call centre is a joke! No one ever answers, and if they do they hang up on you. Catch a wake-up Telkom, there are other service providers also offering Fibre, and I'm sure they will be happy to get my business. I will never refer your services again as I have done with a lot of my friends and family before.
