Noisy neighbours
Low and behold, there is the infamous siren that doesn't stop. So much for fixing the issue just smoke and mirrors. A siren should not sound for more than a couple of minutes not hours on end. Thank you Dan Friedman being very inconsiderate towards your neighborhood.

Comic Warehouse don't care about their neighbours. Their alarm siren sounds the entire night disturbing the neighborhood!!

Referral needed for specialist
I last saw the dermatologist about 3 years back, I was then referred by my GP. I went to see him recently but now my claim has been denied since I needed to see my GP to get a referral, why is that an issue now if I have been to the dermatologist before? That means that one has to use up the benefit of seeing the GP to just get a referral every time you need to see a specialist? I never has issues like this with my previous medical aid, maybe its time for change again.
