Ive a bought a house and on our viewing the follwing were agreed on : To paint inside , to fix gyser, to fix main bedroom building in and checking the electricity and providing with house plan. None of the above was done

Poor service by Hlabi properties , Agent is Marcia Phongolo: ********** her contact ********** .The title deed was register by end of October and requested to keep the seller of which I paid the sum of R540k for the house. On our discussion they force to extend the occupation of Mrs Mazibuko till end of November but the seller continues to December and refuse to pay the payment for December because I was staying on the landlord for Dec of which is breach of contract from our agreement. They don't fix any thing we agree on . Even the house plan is not available. On moving out of seller she took the burglary of which on the adverti*****t was there and when we view the house was also there. Contacting agent and the lawyers seller will bring back the burglary in January 2018 according to agent. Lawyers again the underpay the accrued interest, I will appreciate your intervention in this regards
