Not good enough

I placed my order on 19 November. Paid deposit up front. Urgently requested a small sign from them. No feedback from parties concerned. When contact made, buck was passed as to why they couldn't do job. Closed for business intake, salesman ( Sean) out of town, no communication. Don't make excuses, offer solutions and get it done! Won't be taking my other jobs there. Everybody has an excuse as why they're not doing something.
