Defamation and Unfair Labour Practice
Was Plant Manager at Metier Mixed Concrete, got dismissed for Misconduct but had it overturned by CCMA to Contract Expired as per CCMA ruling. Metier telling Recruitment Agencies and Companies I have applied for jobs that I was dismissed for misconduct which is untrue according to the CCMA ruling. Broken the law. They give bad reviews so one cannot find another job even though you have a wife and 2 children to look after. Defamation of character!!!!!! Absolutely Disgusting - How do people sleep at night knowing they are **** this to you. Typical

Breach of Sales Contract
Sold my Toyota Corolla to Azalta Auto. They held back R2000 until I could produce the logbook. I applied for the logbook with Pinetown Traffic Department. Before I could collect it, the owner of Azalta AUTO, Mohammed picked up the logbook from the Traffic Department without my I'D and Proof of Residence. He has sold the car and registered the car on the new owners name and now REFUSES to settle the OUTSTANDING BALANCE of R2000. How could the Traffic Department give him my Logbook
