The most shocking customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
We have waited 3 weeks for a refund or delivery. It was a birthday day for my mother in-law and still no response to the issue . Don't use them, awful customer service and even worse system
Most useless supplier in KZN . From orders to delivery and customer service. I'll be sure to make sure everyone chooses the smaller guys and support the people that matter.
I've never experienced such an unprofessional and badly run company. They did a terrible job, have had to come back 3 times and still the job is incomplete. The company is run by a man who refuses to even talk to me any more about resolving the issues. We were promised the world, as soon as they got their money just took their time doing the job and did a **** job at it. We have to call another company to remidy theirs I don't recommend anyone use this company. Rather find someone better.
I am absolutely disgusted on how things have turned out with my telkom internet order. I ordered my internet close on 2 months ago. After hundreds of Rands spent on airtime calling to find out when my installation was going to take place, on top of poor customer service. Finally a technician arrives. Who then proceeded to tell me he cannot connect my line because of the wiring in the area has been stolen. There was a previous line here so, when I placed my order someone could have maybe said, sorry we can't at that address. Now close on 2 months waiting, hundreds of Rands spent on airtime. Over a thousand rand spent on data trying to run a business from my phone. I get told I wasted my time. On top of that I've paid a R700 deposit, which I was initially told I did not have to, but because I was so desperate I paid it. Then to get told I didn't have to. On top of that, my email that was promised to me, that I was going to use for my business that I have given out to people and other businesses, now will be completely invalid. I have never ever dealt with such an incompetent company and then to be completely let down after wasting close on thousands waiting and calling. They have wasted my time and to much of my money. I could have found a better service provider, than sat and wasted my time with Telkom.
