I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the spa. Despite my continuous efforts to purchase treatment vouchers since Saturday morning, I have consistently encountered unfulfilled promises and a lack of assistance. Despite following up on multiple occasions, I have yet to receive the support I require. I have been patient and given them ample time and opportunities to rectify the situation.
Someone used my uncle's ABSA card to do fraudulent transactions (even though the card is in his possession and it has been months since he physically used it at any shop). He then stopped the card and ordered a new one. The new card has not been delivered to him and has already been used to do fraudulent transactions. Someone at ABSA is doing this or ABSA's cyber security is so weak that hackers are doing it. This is unacceptable.

This Friday (30 October 2020) it will be 4 weeks since I have completed and submitted my forms for fibre installation and NOTHING has happened. We have been calling and sending WhatsApp's on numerous occasions, just to get the same reply each time - 'no update loaded' or my WhatsApp's are simply ignored by the sales representative named Danielle and her manager named Chad. This is unacceptable. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone.
