Ordered an airfryer online, few days later I got a call that they were out of stock, they will cancel my order. Why the fact that they were out of stock was not picked up when the order was placed. I'm frustrated with Makro and looks like it's a norm that one place an order, then gets cancelled due to stock being out and you've already paid for the order. It's been more than five says now since my order was cancelled, I'm still waiting for my refund. How do you guys operate?
Ordered 2 perfumes on the 1st March, received my order on the 3rd only to discover that there was just 1 perfume in the parcel and not 2 as ordered and paid for. I've emailed, phoned, post on their Facebook page and no one responds.They even delete Facebook posts when plp complain. Be warned. I'm still waiting for a response.
