I have submitted exit documents and opted to have my fund paid out, the money no longer shows on my sanlam dashboard but i have not received it either. Any type of sanlam support is completely and utterly useless as my calls get passed from one department to the next until they just drop the call, emails get no response for weeks and the whatsapp channel never connects to an agent. Im still trying to resolve this as i wont let them straight up ***** my money and get away with it, but i honestly cant wait to be done with this company so i never have to hear the word sanlam again. I would recommend ANYONE thinking of doing any kind of bussiness sanlam to think twice. You will be throwing your money away.
