Exact Canal Walk - Lovely shopping experience
This goes to Exact Canal Walk. Wow! What an amazing experience. I almost never left the shop. The staff in store are so friendly and very helpful. So many staff around. Thank you for making my shopping trip a good one. Definitely coming for more.

Jet Blue route mall is really so bad
Jet Blue route mall is really so bad. There are no staff on the floor to assist customers and half the baby thigs are always never there. I love to shop at jet because it is there for the whole family however this will make me not come back. Customer service is key.

Telkom mobile Blue Route
Telkom mobile blue route mall is the worst Telkom store I have ever been to, I have purchased a cellphone from the store in JUNE!!!!!!!!! it is NOW END OF SEPTEMBER!!!!!!! When my phone was unwrapped, the first thing that was noted is that the box NEVER HAD A SIM EJECT PIN INSIDE!!!!! This did make me worry as I had never experienced something like this before and thought that maybe someone had tampered with the ITEM. None the less the consultant assured me that the box was not tampered with and was just opened in front of me. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO USE HIS SIM EJECT PIN FROM HIS HUAWEI AND I HAD PURCHASED A SAMSUNG, to open my phone. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURING COMPANY TO GET THE PIN AND THEN WOULD CONTACT ME WITHIN A MATTER OF DAYS TO GET THE PIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WENT INTO THE STORE AROUND A FEW WEEKS AFTER THAT, TELLING THE SAME PERSON THAT I HAD TROUBLE LOGGING INTO MY DSTV APP, THE APP WAS SAYING THAT I COULD NOT LOAD MY PROFILE AS SOMEONES PROFILE WAS ALREADY LOADED! THIS HAD ME WORRIED AS THIS IS NOT A CHEAP PHONE! AND WHY WOULD THEY SAY THIS IF ITS A BRAND NEW PHONE THAT HAS "NEVER BEEN USED"! THE CONSULTANT THEN TOLD ME THAT THIS IS AN ERROR ON DSTV SIDE AND "NOT THEIRS". AND THEN TOLD ME THAT MY PIN HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED IN STORE. HE THEN SAID HE WOULD CALL ME AS SOON AS IT CAME, YA RIGHT I AM STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE RETURNED TO THE STORE YESTERDAY ONLY TO FIND THAT IT IS BEING REVAMPED, HOW CONVENIENT! I am not a customer that usually complains about things but I am the customer who would tell 10 of her friends to tell 10 of their friends NEVER TO PURCHASE from this store again! I WANT TO KNOW WHO TAMPERED WITH MY PHONE AND WHERE IS MY PIN?! DID I PURCHASE A USED PRODUCT??????A USED EXPENSIVE PRODUCT???? I WOULD RATE THIS LESS THAN 1!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AT DION WIRED BLUE ROUTE MALL
Extremely happy with the service I ALWAYS receive at this Dion Wired branch. The staff are always friendly and ready to help you with anything in store. I always go back to this particular store as I am always assisted and extremely happy with the service as well as the staff. VERY HAPPY WITH DION WIRED BLUE ROUTE MALL!!!

UNDERSTAFFED AT DION WIRED CANAL WALK
Never shopping at DION Wired canal walk again. There are no staff on the floor to assist you with anything. You have to search through the store to find someone (who is running around the shop doing something other than assisting customers). This has happend on much more than one occasion. Really disappointing for this "well established" shop. Bad bad bad! This store should learn from Blue Route Mall Dion Wired on how to manage the store.
