Paid a deposit to Simply-Travel Johannesburg and now I cannot get hold of them. They have deliberately stolen my money. Have spoken to Prashand Jagjivan, Kavita Jagjivan and Ravin Jagjivan. They are now not contactable. Anyone with their personal details please give it to me so that I can hand it over to the police. Thanks
For the past three months I have been billed for content charges and every time I cancel it I am stilled billed for it. When I call MTN they advised that there is no content but when I receive my MTN bill I find that I am billed for content charges. Went to MTN in Rosebank mall and tried to change my package. Salphy Modiba was assisting me and advised that she will get back to me within 72 hours. 72 hours was long passed and still no reponse from Salphy Modiba. Gave her two weeks to sort out the migration but when I went back she says she got no response from MTN. Her response was there is no contact number for the department she sent my migration form to. She can only email them for a response. What kind of service is this ? Please help, need to know how do I get my money back for all the content charges I have been billed for.
