Refund

I have checked in on 23rd december 2017. On 3rd dec i have spoken to dora at reservations and have paid my 50% deposit to secure reservation. When i got there i had to pay the full amount because the manager and staff could not find me on their billing. I then found proof of payment and was promised a refund. Until now no one has called me back. I called 3 times to reception at manyane resort. I would like mt refund urgently!!
