DISAPPOINTED

I purchased a tap/mixer from DealExtreme on 3/10/2107, it is now 3/1/2018 and we still have not received the parcel. I have spoken to the call center and they keep telling me to wait 1 to two weeks. This is very disappointing. Is there anything that can be done about the service or my parcel - regards Annelie /Kim
