DO NOT Buy from them
Do not use the website www.wegotdealsa.com. I bought goods which was never delivered. Lots of other people has previously posted reviews claiming the same but Hellopeter removed those reviews due to specific words that was used. I am posting a review again to help people. Please do not buy from them. You will not get your goods or your money bac****

Disappointed
Hellopeter just removed a review I did as well as reviews of all other people that lost a lot of money due to a website that is not legal. They did this because of a specific word that was used ( which i will not use here cause then this post will also be removed). I am very disappointed as i use Hellopeter a lot to ensure companies i use is providing good service and now they are “ assisting” the problem we have with these kind of companies by removing negative reviews

Scam
They are a scam. No proper business address. Can only contact them via Whatsapp. I ordered and they did not deliver goods. Unable to get hold of them and they don't provide feedback.

Incompetent and does not take responsibility
Bought new washing mashine at premium from them as they said they will do installation. Which i also paid extra for. You would expect them to then at least know what they do. Machine did not fit into space so thought it must be a bit bigger. After first wash my floor flooded. After i took machine out and inspected realise they connected water hose wrong way around. That is also reason why it did ino space due to way hose bends. And they forced it to go in. I fixed it myself in end. After phone call to them all manager said was “sorry”. DO NOT use them. Also had bad experience in past where i asked them to come out for service. After i paid them and service was done it was two days and machine did nit work properly again

No response from installation department
A call was logged on 29th December as my fibre connection went down. Vumatel only responded on 2nd January 2018 to inform me a re-installation needs to be done. The same day a call was logged and they promised me within 2 days I will receive a phonecall from Installation Department to schedule a date. I have received no call yet. I have contacted the call centre several time to follow up, where these agents then contacted the installation centre who promised to call me within an hour. Everday I follow up as I do not receive any calls. Installation centre seems to make empty promises even to their own collegues. It is not possible to call installation centre directly. Absolutely poor aftersale service!!
