Annoyed customer

I am renting with MHG, It took them 2 months to fix the broken pipe. I stayed in wet carpet with a 2 year old. Sent a lot of emails about them coming n paint the wall bcoz of dampness nothing has happened till now. Sent email about the sliding door not locking from outside. Told them about their workers who stole from me nothing happened. The list is endless but they don't forget to increase rent twice a year.
