#greatbusiness . I was looking for a 19V 1.7A Power Adapter AC-DC Power Supply for LG LED Monitor and found that Cyber Range can provide. A sales person, Chris, communicated with me to ensure that I get the correct one of the 1.7A or 1.3A models available. He was very helpful and my order was processed. He personally assisted me in other inquiries and always responded promptly. It was really a pleasure dealing with this company.
To Whom it may concern I deeply disappointed in the after sales service I have received from Copter- shop. I am a pensioner and to date have bought two Mavic Pro Combos and an additional protective backpack case. This is a significant capital outlay for one and I would expect that the same level of enthusiasm with ones customer would continue even after the sale has been concluded. Recently my remote to phone connector started acting up intermittently, which caused the drone to lose connection with my phone, deeming it unsafe to fly. I made the effort to contact DJI and discuss the issue and with little to no help from them, I attempted to make contact with the guys at Copter-shop, considering the incredible sales service I had previously received when purchasing the drones. To my utter dismay, I have had the worst after sales experience , the owner is never available to assist and the shop assistant is absolutely and utterly unhelpful, telling me that they can’t even order the spare cable. Today I called again to enquire about the replacement of a faulty cable and to have a friendly discussion with the owner , who yet again was not available, thus only to have the confrontational shop assistant put the phone down in my ear, after cutting me short. Sadly this has gone far enough, no reasonable explanation and absolutely no satisfactory outcome for my dilemma has been resolved. When a business is quick to take your money for a sale and not back it by exemplary customer service , then I think it is only fair that others should not be blindsided by a well orchestrated facade and show, when you as a customer and your satisfaction is not ultimately guaranteed. I am not one to complain, however I have been fair and attempted on numerous occasions to seek recourse and an outcome , even the simplest suggestion of what steps to take would have been more effective than, having this , ‘ Don’t Care Attitude’ – You have lost my business going forward on my next purchases and I caution others to be more aware and rather research alternative suppliers before dealing with people that don’t actually have your best interest at hand.
