Disappointing Cardamon loaf
I bought a Cardamon loaf on 17th April to avoid having to bake myself, since it my birthday. I was shocked and disappointed to find how stale dry and stiff it was and tried eating a small piece....definitely stale. I do realise maybe loaves are not baked on a daily basis and could possibly last 2 to 3 days...be that as it may ,someone should be checking the loaves to assess it's freshness though 🤔 what a waste of money 💰 it's ironical since I always bake myself, but this is confirmation to not assume that fancy high-end bakeries always have fresh products on their Shelves ...

Rotten service
I have spent almost 4 hours on the phone trying to speak to a varsity college consultant re obtaining the link to order and purchase my son's required books for 2018. Three hours alone on the phone as number one in the queue. This morning again spent an hour as number three in the queue. This is totally unacceptable service and in excusable.
