The owner had the worst attitude!!!

I handed in laundry early Dec, and was advised that it will be ready within a few days. After a week I still have not received an email or phone call to collect my clothes. I then unexpectedly had to leave and decided to drive there hoping that it would be open Sunday early afternoon. Tried phoning all three numbers provided on the brochure on my way there with no success (cellphone numbers included) During the rest of the month I tried emailing and phoning again with no response or answer - eventually when I was back in town I stopped there very upset and explained to the owner what had happened, her response was very unprofessional and unsympathetic - saying that if they did not call me why I had not stopped to pick it up. I feel that if I pay them for their service I expect a sms/call/email to state that the items are ready for collection, I do not have the time to stop everyday and ask if its ready. Also expect a business to answer their phones!!!
