I paid my laybye on the 4th of November, till today no update, they even blocked me on whatsapp, I have sent emails no response,
On the 10th of June, I was involved in an accident, few minutes later miway called and I told them what happened, then we started with the claiming process, I was assisted by the lady called Lesego Phatshwane, she was so helpful, she updated me though out the process. What I'm grateful of is that the process didn't take long. Yesterday she called and told me that my claim was authorized for settlement.Thanks again Lesego and miway for your assistance ????.
I did my eyewear at Protea Glen Optometrist,in September.when I get to their store I told the lady who was assisting me that I need them for computer and for driving at night,then suggested some quoting and she assured me that it will help.so I used the glasses for two weeks when knocking off late,they were not helping.i went back to the store and told them that they not helping.The ladies called the guy,and then he said he will check what the lab can do for me,after few days he called and told me that he will still check for me since their lab can't suggest something else.weeks passed without contacting me,then I decided to call and I was told the guys is still busy with the other patient I must call later.on the 19 January,I called ,finally the guy was able to me,he said he will on Monday with the feedback.He did call me and told me that he found something that can help but I have to pay R388 for each lens,I wont be able to pay that amount because I was assured that the one that was suggested will help.so I want my money .
