On Wednesday last week I booked the date of evaluation when I came I came to the doggy place that is a church and the don't have a proper office, I drived and passed and I was told I will get my certificate late evening but still nothing I have received the certificate when I came to the office to enquire the don't want me to in and give me an email address to email and I did email but still nothing I really don't know what to do because now I can't work because I am waiting for the certificate this is unprofessional.
Good day I am driving a White Ford Figo 2012 1.4 I have been with liquid Capital since February 2017 beginning of this year my car had a problem of a gear linkage that apparently it has to do with the damage of a clatch. I am a paying client of the Company since last year even if Liquid capital has just started is to cover me at the beginning of this year and I have never made a claim before to the Manufacture while they were the one covering me. its been 10 Months Liquid capital claiming the amount that belongs to them with no complain from my side or what so ever. first the claim that I made was not due to an accident. Secondly Wear and Tear can be a results of any incidents there is no way that wear and tear can be as Normal or abnormal because clatch life spent is not for ever eventually it needs to be replaced and clearly it is due to be replaced and a year model of the car shuold be putted in consideration. thirdly I am not a first owner of the Vehicle I have only drove this Vehicle less than a year and by the time liquid Capital made an extension of the warranty was well aware of the year the car and the history of the car Mechanical Wear and Tear possibilities. So they punished me only because of the report that you received for a paying client it is very unfair demoralising as a person paying a company with all the facts that I have stated above and and get your claim objected now there is an additional costs that Ford had to put due to Liquid Capital requesting for pictures and Report, Ford had to open the Gear box and that cost 3000 plus only for the labour excluding mechenical issues because diagnosis didn’t require any opening of the Gear box and because of the trust I have to the Company(Liquid Capital) I had to give them a go ahead so that Liquid Capital can get everything that they requested to speed up the process only to find out that Liquid Capital is objecting the authorisation of the claim. I am only Using this Vehicle for Work Purposes and at the moment my mobility has suffered.
