I have ordered and paid for 2 x pairs of shoes on 4 September 2016 which to date is 16 months (very close to 17 months). When you follow up they either do not reply or only comment that they will look into the matter. They NEVER come back to you - so you have to follow up again. The co-owner Frank Botha has these bully tactics and makes it clear that you are entirely at fault for following up on an order. One email stated that the delivery would take place in March 2017. When I followed up they apparently had problems with their courier (obviously just an excuse as the delivery was not made to date). I then asked that they commit to a date of delivery and Frank Botha replied - 2017. So that has also proven not to be true. If you don't want to be scammed, lied to and then bullied for following up on an order that was paid for immediately - stay clear of Franella Footwear.
