Unacceptable!!
We bought a car here, and it gave problems from the start. We attempted to rectify all issues by ourselves (at own cost). 16 weeks after buying the car, the gasket blew as well!!. We are protected by the CPA - Consumer Protection Act, Section 56(2) where the dealership must take back the car and return our money. The dealer principal/owner refuses to be of any assistance, and he sends very unprofessional emails. BE WARNED about these people when thinking about buying a car. You'll have to get your lawyer ready, and we'll take this to the Ombudsman.

My overseas parcel delivered to someone else!!
I ordered an International Parcel in August 2019, and followed the process of the parcel via the tracking website. All went well, until it got into the hands of the SA Post Office. My parcel was delivered to someone else!! When I asked them about it, they just tell me that I had a duplicate tracking number (!?!?!?!?!?!?!) I paid a lot of money for this parcel (in US $), and they just gave it to someone else!

Super awesome service!
This was a jaw dropping experience. This company took my online order with such ease, and it was like 2 or 3 working days when i received my parcel in excellent condition. Thank you Mascor for your super fantastic service!!

Shocking, non-existing service!
Shocking service, actually non-existing! For months this has been carrying on - they simply do not pay me back my money, and continue to ignore my emails! Can anyone give me the details and email address of the HEAD of Std bank Insurance? I will really appreciate it. Thanks

No service at all
I had a burst geyser on 19/01/2018. When trying to call the Standard bank home owners insurance, they simply did not answer the phone. I held for more than 20mins - and called twice. Then I called again on Monday 22/01/2018, to no avail. No answer. Holding for more than 35mins!! I subsequently sent emails to the 3 mail addresses on their website. In total to date I have sent 4 emails - and to date, no replies. Calling everyday, no answer. I had to pay this invoice from my own pocket. It's a lot of money and now I can't claim it back as they simply do not answer!
