We pay every month. Our statement is in arrears every month. I have mailed the POP's, phoned the head office, to no avail. We have cancelled the service due to this issue not being resolved, no matter who we contact or mail. This is truly rediculous as no one can seem to solve this.
Never got my order from January. Sent me a **** photo of a waybill with my name. Please beware.
Struggling from April to have a statement sorted which contineuously shows outstanding monies. We use the same refderence but the issue persists. This is truly unacceptable. We forward POPs but to no avail. It seems this is an issue with other customers too.
