Soweto power park locker station offline.
I was in front of locker it was off no Iloadshedding, got hold of agent Reece Schoeman by email, she responded with ticket 8875910 to assist, when i tried to send my details so that they can transfer me to another branch as the drop off expires, she blocked me, i sent dms and comments on Fabebook page also and there was no assistance, also with watsup, dated 15/03/2025 this is a horrific and pathetic service that im paying for.

Parcel not delivered since 29/04/2024
My parcel lock03926733 was sent on the 29/04/2024, nothing has been delivered yet, when i contact them im told my parcel was returned, why was i not contacted as the sender, nor the reciever never got a call, where is my parcel.

PAXI Parcel D532016337661 was sent a month ago and paxi keeps saying the parcel is at the store when in real the parcel is not there, where is my parcel, it's been a lot of times I've asked no one is assisting. D532016777460 is missing no one is assisting with tracking were it is. I need answers to this your company is just a bunch of ******* thats *****ing people's items.

Stinking attitude
I was assisted by Loveness a cashier at one of your Jimmy's fish and chips Mondeor, she has a very stinking attitude towards customers, it's sad she is part of the face of your brand, I love your food I've been buying there for years, look at correcting her attitude towards clients to match your food.

Horrible customer service
I've been out of network for a week now, I called Rain no one has bothered to check my grievance at all. Kindly cancel my wifi, they have a horrible customer service, if anyone is interested in Rain network don't do it, i will never recommed to anyone.
