stealing customer money

We paid Simply Travel in Bassonia Johannesburg our full quoted price to ****et and upon booking out at Amari Hotel we were told to pay our accommodation as it was never paid over by Simply Travel. We contacted Mr Prashand and his wife they undertook to pay us back. This never happened, we have given them a month. We found them online and used them in April 2017 where they were professional but obviously the temptation to steal their customers money was there and they took it. We have their personal details and will be reporting this to the police. This does not make the company look good and these two people need to be named and shamed. We are R57,000.00 out of pocket. They stole our money and others. Their office in Bassonia has a chain and lock on due to lack of paying rent and we found out that they did it to Aalto of others.
