Bad customer service

Extremely annoyed at the level of how unprofessional and just how I was not taken seriously. I waited there for a good 30minutes for an order that I had placed over the phone but was told to just get onto the queue and yet my order was ready! Disgusting customer service and a sense of undermining customers.
