THIS IS REALLY GETTING FRUSTRATING. I HAD R1440 IN MY BANK ACCOUNT TO ENSURE THAT THE UNIT TRUST INVESTMENTS FOR MY SONS. NOW EVEN ALTHOUGH MY BANK CHARGES WENT OFF FOR A TOTAL OF R96 OR SO THERE WAS STILL MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY FOR THE DEBIT ORDERS TO GO OFF AT 02:47 am THE DEBIT ORDERS WENT OFF SUCCESSFULLY PLEASE SEE IMAGES ATTACHED. THEN AT 04:57 I GET AN SMS TO SAY THAT THE DEBIT ORDER WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. Mr Jaylen Manickum (134761) Mr Raylen Manickum (134759) GO OFF SUCCESSFULLY. LAST MONTH THE SAME THING HAPPENED THE DEBIT ORDER GOES OFF SUCCESSFULLY IN THE MORNING HOURS THEN AFTERWARDS I GET A SMS TO SAY THAT THE TRANSACTION IS UNSUCCESSFUL. NOW I HAD R20 CHARGED FOR A FAILED DEBIT ORDER WHEN THERE WAS SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT. THIS HAPPENED LAST MONTH AS WELL AND TO DATE NO ONE COULD EXPLAIN TO ME WHY. THIS MESSED UP ALL MY DEBITS LAST MONTH SO: I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AND WHO IS GOING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE REJECTION PENALTIES WHEN THERE MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY IB MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND I GET NO ANSWERS FROM FNB AS TO WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING NOW IF THIS GOES ON THEN HOW W CAN I BE SURE THAT WHEN MY CHILDREN NEED THE FUNDS THEY WILL HAVE ACCESS TO IT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
I received an sms to say that there WAS A MANDATE Debit order for some INCPROTECT Mandate has been put on my account , but when I contact them they cannot tell mee wo this is. I have not approved or arranged a debit order with INCPROTECT
I have been trying to get home-connect to install wifi for my mom. We have already paid and then according to them my mom cancelled. I have advised them that they need to liaise with me as I will be the one managing the account. This was in January 2026. They don't response to the WhatsApp's either. Please can someone advise as to when the installion will take place i am currently not impressed with Jome-connet
This company says that one of my accounts is handed over and each time they send an email I respond, tey they will get someone else to email me,I have received emailed from 8 different people each time I advise them that I have an arrangement in place with the company in question I even sent the updated statement then the next day I get an email from another agent. I will not make any payment arrangements with you I dont have a contract with you and I am tired of responding to different agents who dont seem to know what is happening. Please follow up with the company as I will ignore all emails as of today.
My mom is a Chronic patient, she had to pay in money before she could receive her medication, she has made two payments already and she has still not received her medication. This is not the first time that we have had issues with pharmacy direct they only care about money and don't care that some medications are a necessity. The last time they didn't deliver my mothers high blood pressure tablets , now its her Warfarin and its been more than a week that she has been without her medication.
My mom has been trying get wifi with one of your suppliers SADV. We had been advised we needed to fist pay before they can install. The payment was made on the 14th August 2025. We had not been able to get the installation done as no one got back to us, they say they called on the 14th but there is no call log on the phone, so we had requested a cancellation on the 22nd August 2025. We had been advised that it would take 14 working days for a refund and That we needed to send through the id , pop and a bank confirmation letter. All this was done, now each time we follow up which is trough an annoying whatsapp chat we must repeat everything over and over again. We were advised that we cannot contact the accounts department. We want our refund ASAP. SADV IS USELESS AND THEY ARE BRINGING DOWN VUMAS GREAT REPUTATION WHY DID YOU PARTNER WITH THEM. THEY NOW WANT TO TELL US IT WIL TAKE NOW ANOTHER 2 WORKING DAYS THEY DONT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING ESPECIALLY SINCE MY MOTHER CANNOT HANDLE UNNECESSARY STRESS. WHERE DID YOU SEE A COMPANY ONLY HAS A WHATSAPP LINE AND NO OTHER NUMBER TO CALL.
We placed an order for wifi , then we had been advised that we needed to pay before installation, the payment was made on the 14th August 2025. I have been trying to confirm the installation and kept getting sent from Pillar to post first dealing with Mungwe, Delta, Zinhle, Bianca and Bongane, I have been requesting to cancel the order and have my money refunded, now they want to send someone for installation. I dont want the installation I want the order cancelled and my money refunded ASAP They are very unprofessional and their business almost seems like a **** as you have to chat on whatsapp and repeat the same issue 4 to five times, with different agents which company does not have a direct line to contact and just a whatsapp number
I placed on order online at 16:14 at Debonairs Sam Ntuli Mall. The order was accepted but after one hour each time we tried to track the order the app kept on saying we are sorry about the delay we are working on your order. I had to call in 3 times, before I could get any update and now it's 2 hours later I still cannot track my order nor has it been delivered yet. Will never order from Debonairs again.
The owner Mr Lance Peters fires employees then does not remove their names from the UIF log, when you request a letter from him to prove that you are no longer employed for Reflecta. He first ignore yours emails then blocks the ex-employee after he says that he will send the letter that proves that the employee no longer works for him. Why cant he just give the letter.
They do not answer their phones, when you request a statement they refuse to give you a statement that shows your outstanding balance, they say you mist first settle before you can requests a statement this is really stupid can someone really pay an amount without the relevant proof of what is outstanding.
