I made an order and paid for it with Selena on 7th February. I asked her if she would deliver to Verulam and she said yes. That was the basis of which I placed my order (that it would be delivered). On the 8th February I spoke to Casandra since Selena was off duty. Casandra new about the order when I spoke to her on the phone. She asked me to provide her with a delivery address. Later on I received an email from her saying that they don't deliver to Verulam. She said on email they don't deliver to Verulam I must go and pick my order. I was flabbergasted with Casandra's response. Worst of it all the material I ordered is for manufacturing burglar guards for a client who paid her deposit in advance and was expecting the burglar guards to be installed on the 8th as they have continuous burglary in their home. My client treated me as someone who is not honest in my business dealings. She treated me as though I have used her deposit for my own needs. I am requesting you to intervene in the matter because I am unfairly treated...the material must be delivered as promised prior to me placing the order. I have both the emails with Selena and Casandra should you need them. Thanks for your help. Themba Sokhulu
