Popped into the Garage for assistance with my front light, which needed fixing. Very efficient and friendly staff member MOKI, explained why it needed a specific globe. He fitted it and checked the other globe which also was the incorrect type. Moki fitted 2 new globes. When I asked Damien, the manager what the cost was, he said that there was no charge for the globes or the labor. He said that he had done it as a courtesy. What a wonderful gesture! I will definitely go back to The Garage for any motor issues.
This company has replaced Times Media for subscriptions to TIMES LIVE , SUNDAY TIMES and other publications. There is nothing user friendly about their system. Invoices are mailed without a covering letter or explanation. I received 3 different invoices showing 3 different amounts. Customer service could not resolve my queries and did not follow up, as promised. Eventually, after more calls to the call center, I was given an amount for my subscription. Today I have tried to do an EFT. Well, now the banking details will not be accepted ... " Beneficiary details are incorrect". Clearly, no one seems to know what is going on!!!! Frustrating and most irritating and time consuming ; just for the convenience of having the paper delivered and paying less on the Senior Citizens special discount.
