If there was a zero star rating I would give that. Do not make the mistake of purchasing this offer from Abdul and Waseela Chavoos. It is January 2025 and I have still not received any of my items that I ordered and paid for in December 2022 when I did my flight experience. I haven't even received my photos and videos that I paid for. When I reached out I was told that the company was sold to a Saudi company that has since absconded but yet the company still operates and is still selling the same package today on Hyperli and the details are exactly the same as Abdul and Waseela Chavoos. There are 13 1 star ratings for this couple and their company on Hello Peter. So I guess I am not the only one that that has been taken for a ride. I will be opening a case of theft against them
It was towards the end of May beginning of June when there was a severe thunderstorm with hectic lightning. The lightning struck my electric fence which in turn fried my energizer. About a month or so later my geyser burst which prompted me to call ABSA Insurance to submit a claim. I have never submitted a claim before ever since I bought my house so I was not sure of what I could and couldn't claim for. The agent was very helpful in assisting me to get my claim processed. I then asked if I could also submit a claim for my energizer due to the lightning and I was told I could even though a month had already passed. He assisted in submitting the energizer claim - ********** . I did tell him that I was not sure of the dates exactly but I gave a rough estimate and he said that is not a problem. Both claims were submitted on 10/07/2017. My geyser was then replaced but I had to wait until they sent someone to assess the energizer. The guy came and said that he was going to submit to Absa and that I should get a reply within 2 weeks and that I should budget for a R1,000-00 excess payment as it was definitely damage due to lightning. 2 weeks and no response. Fast forward to 13/02/2018 when I decided to call and query the status of the claim. A guy by the name of Aubrey assists and tells me that the claim was rejected as there was no lightning. Are you not supposed to notify a client if a claim was rejected??? How would you know that there was no lightning??? I asked this question and Aubrey said that they checked with the weather services and there was no lightning forecast for that day!!! 1. Which day exactly are you talking about as I gave an estimated period during which the lightning storm happened as I was not exactly sure of the date as mentioned when I submitted the claim? 2. Is the weather services 100% accurate? There was no rain forecast on Saturday in my area by the weather services but guess what...it rained!!! Are the predictions of the weather services that bullet proof that you can reject a claim just on what they say? The kicker of all of this is that Aubrey said in order for my claim to be approved I must prove to them that it was in fact LIGHTNING!!! How the **** do I do that when I cannot find weather for the last month on the weather services website let alone last year May/June. I do not know exactly which date it happened as I explained to Absa so what do I do then? How do I prove that it was lightning so my claim gets approved ABSA???
