I would like to say thank you to Mweb for their great service. Mweb contacted Telkom. Even the technicians from Telkom contacted me personally. I am pleasantly surprised that Mweb went out of their way to assist me. Thank you Dean from Mweb and Tshepo from Telkom. I am a very happy customer. Thanks.
One of the worst in the business. I have been without internet for a week. The inability to resolve my internet problem is my reason for canceling my subscription. I will be reversing any debit payments to Mweb as well. It is impossible to speak to any of the technical staff at Mweb. Their phone system does not recognize any of my personal info after confirmation.

After three requests for a call back i have given up. No one even bother to contact me. Why do they have this false facility if it does not work. I have decided to buy a different speed point from their opposition.
I have contacted L.A Arms in Soutpans Road, Pretoria for repairs to my fire arm in November 2017. The process is called to blue the fire arm meaning to strip it and remove the rust and to blue certain parts. The asking price was R250 but when i collected the fire arm I was charged R400. The rust re-appeared with in a week. I contacted a person called Leon and the arrangement was that the work will be re-done on my fire arm in February 2018. Every time I approach Leon it is promise after promise and nothing is materializing to rectify their mistake of shoddy workmanship witch L.A. Arms accepted liability. I have got no option but to seek help with another fire arm dealer as L.A. Arms is procrastinating and avoiding the responsibility to rectify their shoddy workmanship. I will advise anybody not to deal with L.A. Arms. Micky Mouse company at its best!
