I am typing this with a heavy heart today... I bought my car from BB Mahindra Menlyn almost a year ago, a few months down the line, my engine light came on, I spoke to Norman at BB Mahindra Menlyn, and he helped me really quickly... They said it was an oil filter issue and got it fixed... On the 10 of March, my engine light came on again...this time, they were not so friendly... I took my car in to get checked and serviced as Mahindra Brits, they found no problem. The car was fine up to a point where it started to get warm while I was driving, I took the car off the road and the engine went in limp mode... Needless to say, my car went in to Mahindra Brits on the 26th of August. I AM STILL WITHOUT MY CAR and it's the FIRST OF OCTOBER!!!!! Somewhere the communication between Mahindra and my insurance got lost... They "are still waiting for emails"... I spoke to one of the person's there at PANAFRICA INSURANCE and SHE told me that she sent Mahindra Brits an email on the 9th of September, I forwarded all the info to Wessel(s) at Mahindra Brits and yet no follow up or follow through.... I know my car is not the only one there... BUT REALLY??!!!! THEY DON'T COME BACK TO ME ABOUT ANYTHING. I AM THE ONE CURRENTLY ASKING AND PHONING AND I AM REALLY GATVOL NOW.I AM WOMAN ALONE DOING ALL OF THIS, AND IT FEELS AS IF THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THAT. PLEASE IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT CAN LIGHT A CANDLE BEHIND SOMEONE'S **** AT THAT PLACE, I WOULD TRULY APPRECIATE IT.
VODACOM IS STILL A PAIN IN MY ....SS!!!!!!!! THEY STILL HAVEN'T REP**** ME OR EVEN PHONED ME IN REGARDS TO THE MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE!!!! I AM STILL WITHOUT MY MONEY AND NO ONE COMMUNICATES WITH ME. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE - YOUR SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!!! AND I WILL POST HELLO PETER REVIEWS UNTIL SOMEONE ASSISTS ME. SO ENJOY... THE WORST IS YET TO COME...
I have had THE WORST SERVICE WITH VODACOM!!!!!!! I migrated to a package about two months ago because the sales lady said IT WON'T CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY ACCOUNT, BUT it did!!!!! So I went in to Vodacom, in Hartbee****rt and the guy helped me to try and reverse it. I received a message from Vodacom on the 9th of Jan saying it has been reversed and I WILL BE CREDITED FOR MY ACCOUNT. Again, I paid extra for the migration that was apparently reversed. I phoned Vodacom, AGAIN, two weeks ago, because I received another message from them showing that I am still on the migration plan, the guy again said that it is definitely reversed BUT THIS MORNING I STILL PAID FOR THE MIGRATION!!!!!!!! VODACOM HAS THE MOST SH#TTIEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE.
I am really extremely desperate at this point because I have cancelled by contract for purchasing a car from Webuycars the dome. And this whole charade has been going on for over a month now... First I spoke to Dawie, who is Scott's (the sales person) boss or something - after about 2 weeks of phoning him like 3 times a day (BECAUSE HE SAYS THAT HE WILL PHONE BACK...BUT NEVER DOES!!!!) He told me that Kayla Manuel is the one doing the cancellation. Okay, some positive progress but when I want to talk to Kayla SHE IS NEVER AT THE OFFICE!!!! I am really truly GATVOL because I already have another car that I want to buy at Mahindra Pretoria North (THEY HAVE THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!) BUT now I can't continue because these f@#$-ing people are holding me back and not getting a move on. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM. THEIR SERVICE SUCKS and THEY **** TO ME FROM THE VERY BEGINNING.
I bought a car there 2 weeks ago... First of all it was on a Sunday, the lady that helped me ( Shimone something) said she will contact me on Monday in regards with being approved and getting the car. She NEVER came back to me, I had to phone frequently to just get someone to help me. Eventually a lady helped me and said I can get the car on Tuesday. Tuesday I went to get it, the sales guy Scot went through everything with me on the car... I informed him about the petrol pedal not being correct, he said no there is nothing wrong. The next day I had a look at the pedal and saw a rubber band around it. Now it is my problem to get it fixed. The SERVICE of this company IS REALLY BAD!!!!!! My car is still not fixed.
We placed our order at kfc damdoryn at hartbee****rt and had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes!!!!!!!!! Its not park and drive, its a drive through!!!!
