Hello Peter I am a Capitec account holder and yesterday around 6p.m I went to my nearest Fnb atm to withdraw cash.I entered my card into the atm & it froze & I continued trying to cancel the transaction so my card would return & nothing was happening & it did not even show me the screen to enter my pin and within a short time it went back to its normal screen and I didn't get my card back & I stood aside waited a little nothing happened & in a few minutes money went out of my account. I emmediately stopped my card with my bank. I greatly need your assistance as I have never seen anything like this happen & that money is due for my rent & the bank Manager I went to didn't assist me much.
