In May 2016 I signed up with Beta traders as the salesman,Hano, made it seem so rosy and wonderful. They took my my money and all, and I was supposed to be on the simulation program for 6 months, where I would be evaluated and be put on the real deal if evaluation was successful. They would have loaded R5000.00 onto my profile to start off. Up till today I am struggling to sort it out, as numerous phone calls and e-mails are not responded to,I also tried cancelling, but to no avail. This is all a scam to rob people of their hard earned money,as you paying for a service that is non-existent. They also deducted the R275.00 like 3 or 4 times a month,I tried sorting it out,but of course empty promises.I am losing money every month for nothing. What legal steps can I take to get my money back? I have signed up with Beta traders in May 2017, and I went onto the simulation program for which it was supposed to be 6 months. It is now March and I am still on this training program.I called and e- mailed them for the last 3 or 4 months, but every time I get empty promises or they don't respond to my mail.I tried cancelling the contract, but no response. The other problem is that they deducted 4 times R275.00 in December,I called and they said that I would not pay for the next 3 months, but yet in February they deducted twice again. These people are playing games,as I went to their offices of the known address, but was told they had moved,no forwarding address.
