TERRIBLE SERVICE - STILL NOT RECEIVED
I ordered my pair of shoes in November…sent for exchange in December. Only collected in Jan for return (after following up again). STILL WAITING despite multiple follow up emails…no answer…no news.

ModiWrap - Unreliable
My experience with ModiWrap has been extremely disappointing. We booked them to wrap our bathroom cupboards, and despite the job being fully indoors, both installation dates were cancelled at the last minute. The first cancellation was blamed on congestion from the G20 summit, even though alternative routes were available and the appointment had been confirmed. We accepted this and rescheduled, only for the second installation date to be cancelled due to “weather,” which made no sense for an indoor job. We prepared our home twice, emptied cupboards, and rearranged two weekends to accommodate them. After all that, they advised that they would rather refund the job than actually carry it out. Two weekends wasted, cupboards emptied for nothing, and no work completed. The lack of reliability, planning, and professionalism was incredibly disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience
