The total experience has been terrible to say the least. I paid for services in full and I can't use them anymore, therefore I requested a refund. After the admin staff avoided my emails and calls I finally managed to track down the owner. I explained the situation to him and also advised that neither of the admin staff nor any of the documents stipulated a cancellation fee in the event of services not being taken up. He offered to reimburse me in full the following month when the payment run takes place. Unfortunately it's now 2 months later and Marvellous (the owner) is still giving me the run around with false promises that they have paid but yet they fail to provide proof of payment and subsequently he is now not responding to any forms of communication.
