It is so disappointing the way the embassy treated me despite the fact that all proven documents were submitted. I was granted a visiting visa. To my surprise my passport was never released from the embassy. My flight has been changed Three times within a week hoping to receive it but till now i have not received it. The shocking reason given is : "we do that to all black Africans in Central countries ". Learn to be clear in your communication and state your visa application facts on your site. Hope you return the money too.
I applied for a transfer of visa into my new passport, the maximum processing time was 12 weeks as per them. Unfortunately, it has been 20 weeks now. How do you expect people to be in order with visas, when you delay your service? after all, it is not free of charge, i paid for it. Plus i noticed that your reasons to deny people's work or critical s****s visa is beyond imagination. Even when all the documents are presented, just because it is a foreigner you are quick to say "visa denied". Please be Honest in whatever you do
I complained about this Capitec account number ********** 397 on 8th of mach 2018 and the bank told me that they froze it since people have been complaining about it. They gave me this incident number # ********** 8 and promise to call me for further details but i waited in vain. Since they did not call me, yesterday 14th of march 2018 i went back to the Same bank that told me about the frozen account and the story changed. If my complain made on 8th mattered to Capitec after providing all the required documents they could not change their story yesterday. I just lost R6000 because of their negligence.
