RIPPED OFF BY AAMPERE APPLIANCE AND ELECTRICAL REPAIRS

Two weeks ago I contacted Aampere to come and fix my fridge. I paid cash for the service and within less than a week the fridge stopped working. I have now tried for 5 days for them to come and repair the fridge again as their adverti*****t says "Fridges, Coolrooms, Geysers, W/machines, T/dryers, Stoves, Microwaves and Air-Cons. Guaranteed. Discount for women and pens." They say they will come at a certain time but don't bother pitching up nor phoning to let you know. I have sent numerous messages and made numerous telephone calls but have been given empty promises. Today they were meant to come between 10 & 11. When I called this Lloyd he told me he is coming but won't give me a time. They don't work like that. He even had the cheek to say that he is tired of my complaining. I am entitled to complain as he has in essence stolen my money as I never got any service "guaranteed" from them. Their adverti*****t is in the Rosebank ****arney Gazette and Northcliff Times and could be in many more suburban papers. BEWARE OF CALLING AAMPERE APPLIANCES AND ELECTRICAL REPAIRS!!! You will not get the service that they "promise". I hope this helps so others are not ripped off like I was. ANNONYMOUS
