I have problems going into the grades which I paid for. It keeps giving me an error 403 Forbidden. I have send numerous emails for another grade which I paid for, but no response. In this time I need all the help I can get and at the moment I do not get any help from Best Education. I will definitely not register with them again. I have also asked them why they only give us one set of papers per subject per exam? I would like to get a response back asap.
On the 1st March I ordered a hockey set, after a week I started query my order eventually on the 15/16th March they told me it was delivered at the wrong place. Every time they tell me they will follow up and phone me back. Only one lady had the decency to actually contact me back. I phoned today again and I was told that the money has not been released to the branch, so I must wait. The consultant transferred me to Carnival Branch, I asked for the lady to speak to the Online Manager..... Well I was disconnected after about 5 minutes without speaking to the Manager. My question to Makro, I have paid my delivery fees and expect my parcel within your 7 day delivery period. No one had the decency to contact me???? Who will refund me for all my telephone costs I even phoned the delivery company in the beginning??? This is terrible customer service.
