A few items were not delivered for on-line shopping done on the 19th January 2018. 11 calls and 4 emails later I sill have not received a refund or a credit note which was promised to me. I have date and times of all the calls made both to the call centre agents and supervisors Henry and Quinton. Each time someone promises to call back but the issue is still not resolved. You are expected to make an instant payment but getting a refund takes more than 2 months. Frustrated customer
