MVIA INSURE
No matter what happens dont use anything that has to do with MVIA, you will run around to get the littlest poor service that you can get from them. They even report customer reviews on Hello Peter

MVIA INSURE IS A ****!
MVIA Insure is incompetence at its ultimate best, I'm on my second day at the AUDI workshop waiting for my car to be serviced because it takes them 2 days to authorize a claim and their call centers take 2 hours to pick up your call and when they do they cannot assist, the call center managers make promises that they cant keep just so you can move away from their "face". WHAT A DISGRACE!!!... I regret the day I took my service plan and warranty with them.

MVIA INSURE & MOTO PLAN DIRECT ARE ****S!!
I just gave a 1-star review but in actual fact they deserve NOTHING. Since I joined them, I have been struggling with a simple process of booking in my car for a service appointment and by the looks of things It won't get done but every month I get debited.

Policy ****
MiWay's dents and scratches cover is a ****, dont ever take it. I have been paying for over 2 years and when I claimed I'm told my claim is above budget (R5000) but when I took the policy I was told my budget is R10500.00 per annum now they want me to use my comprehensive policy to cover a R6000.00 scratch and dent. I'm actually looking at cancelling my other policy with them also.

NIN01346 - Account suspended
Linteg fibre accounts department has to be the WORST department ever I had to deal with, their unprofessional conduct is so terrible I cannot even find the worst words to describe the *** service especially from the ladies who will just hangup on you without any explanation. The only people who know their job is Lesego and Ian. I paid my account on the 20/10/2023 and it was suspended and no one knew why.
