Avoid like the plague

Hands down the worst service and poor workmanship I have ever received. Initial waterproofing was done and leaking actually became worse, the guys and complete waterproofing then proceeded to blame me, the weather and any possible other excuse to avoid taking responsibility. Leaking worsened to a point that my ceiling actually collapsed. Eventually after a year of continued work and repairs the leaks stopped. To get them to respond to email or calls is almost impossible, sometimes waiting a week or more for a response. After about 18 months the roof has started leaking again despite a 5 year guarantee offered. Again it has now been 6 days with no response after I have asked them to come and repair the leak. Avoid this company like the plague, poor quality work dismal service and terrible attitudes to boot.
