I'm so bored with Volkswagen South Africa. I requested them to change the date for my debit order from the 15th to last working day of the month and they refused. I needed the date to be changed because my salary date changed. They are so rigid , I'm so ****ed.
I'm amazed at the excellence this company conducts their business, it's outstanding. Immediately they received my order they called me and they kept updating me regularly until I received my order. When I called to informed them that one item is broken, they promised to replace it and kept the promise. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to my family and friends
I bought a one lght from LiveStainable and another one from a different company. LiveStainable updated me regularly regarding the process of my order which put me at ease. When my order arrived the light was so well packed and cushion there was way it could break in transit. When the light from the other company was delivered it was broken because it was not properly packed. I've decided to buy the rest of my lights off from LiveStainable, they are so professional.
I registered as a Justine consultant last year. I was given an account number. Password and pin. What suprises is that everytime I try to place an order I encounter problems. I'm requested to enter my date of birth their systems rejects it as "invalid". The same accepts my i.d. but rejects my date of birth which part of my I.d. number. I called them several times but the problems is still not solved. Now I'm wondering if the money I paid to register didn't go down the drain.
The shoes are very very hard and the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever purchased. I tried enlargement, softening the leather but nothing helped. I regret buying the shoes.
Clientele doesn't know how to run an insurance company. They debit my account at random despite the fact that I gave them a specific date for my debit order. They do glossy adverts on tv but their administration is a shambles..they don't know their left from their right. I made several calls to the complain but my complains fell on deaf ears. I regret why I took a policy from them..I really regret it a lot.
I just warn consumers that be careful when you purchase these machine which are supposed to purify your water. I almost purchased one only to discover that it will never belong to me even after paying off the sale price which is over R13 000. Read the fine print guys..read the back of the contract before you sign anything. If possible make a voice recording of your conversation with sales person because they tell only what will get them a sale not the truth. Medizone is one company almost got me trapped.
I noticed that there was a deduction of R183.00 and I didn't who was deducting my money or what it was for. After some unvestigations I discovered that it's Hollard and I called them. They did a lot of ducking and diving, most of the time they were not accessible. Finally they replied after I threatened to expose them on social media When I asked them why they were deducting money from my bank account., they said I took a funeral policy. I asked them to give me proof I.e. a voice note which they failed to produce. Fortunately I received my money back but I'm still not happy because zI didn't interest. I just want other people to be aware .
