I just made another booking for November with Airlink and realised that I made a mistake on a booking for December 2023. I entered my name twice on a return booking. My frustration is that I now have to pay dearly for that mistake (which I will not argue if the system did not have flaws) to not book myself twice and add my husband (as it was supposed to). Upon asking the operator to change the name to that of my husband I was told to pay an extra R690.00. How can your system allow a person with exactly the same name, the operator informed me that it happens that it could be a mother and daughter booking, but my question was how the hell can a mother and daughter have the same birth date????? HUGE FLAW IN YOUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM, surely the system should warn you that you are making a booking for the same person. Builders Express Worcester We bought a vacuum cleaner on 05 May 2023. Only to return the machine on 06 June 2023 as the suction in not strong enough. After many visits to the branch, never have they ever contacted us, we were told that the filter was faulty. We were told that we have to buy new filters and bags for the machine. We never send the bags with and for the filter this remains a mystery. How can the filter be faulty after 3 weeks of use?????? Today it has been more than a month that only the filter was supposed to be replaced we are still waiting on our machine to return. This is absolutely pathetic.
King Pack - Division of Sebsmith Trading For the product I rate this an absolute 5 star, love the product. Unfortunately I cannot give the same rating for the after sales and website. According to their website they have the correct address but my province as Gauteng. I have never heard of a town called Worcester in Gauteng. I have asked them to change the name of the province to no avail. Also have been waiting for 2 days for dimensions to have it collected. Poor communication.

These past few months have not been great as we were unable to travel during Covid lockdown. We had a trip booked to ****et in March 2020, unfortunately due Covid we were unable to make this trip. With her professionalism and assistance we manged to move the dates to November 2020. We doubt if this will realize yet we are certain that if not, she will be of great assistance to us once again. It is never an effort for her to assist us with the many changes needed. Thank you for helping realise many dreams that come true! I ordered the special for 500 business cards (I am also still waiting on a quotation for t-shirts, which I never received). As I previously stayed in Bloemfontein, I thought to give them a chance at business as I now stay in the Western Cape. Firstly I received artwork of my supposed business card that looked like a primary student could have created (sorry that should actually be an insult to the poor little ones). It dragged on for so long and then I went on holiday for two and a half weeks. Upon my return I had lots and lots of emails stating that I must approve my artwork. I was just so fed up and told them just to print the plain cards. I then struggled for MY courier to collect the cards. Today I received my package and boy was I surprised. It was just thrown into the bag, it was not even banded or wrapped properly. Very very very disappointing.
In my opinion........ stay far away from The Wedding Warehouse in Colbyn, Pretoria. More caution be careful when u deal with Louis Nel. At first everything went well, he was all nice at first up and until the weekend of the wedding. All moneys were paid before arrival. The decor arrived at the wedding venue: Mount Sheba on Friday 23 March 2018 at 22h30 in the evening, the decor was offloaded from the truck and with the help of our family members and wedding staff (to help them). We then realised that there were some items missing from their list. Only to find out that they have been working on an old inventory list. We had to pay extra money for the extras on the list, but this was not included in the truck. They brought rectangular tablecloths instead of round table cloths. They then left and said they will return on Saturday morning 07h00 24 March 2018 (wedding day). At 07h00 there was no Wedding Warehouse staff until 11h00. We as family had to jump in and start to get this wedding organised. We hired cream draping from them only to see that it was yellow. Which we could simply not use (R10 000 down the drain). There was no staff to do the draping as we were told that the person normally handling the draping was at another function. When I phoned Louis about this, he yelled at me, swore at me, he was extremely rude. The friendly staff of Mount Sheba assisted us with as much assistance as we needed. This is our personal experience with The Wedding Warehouse or The Wedding Party. Which ever one they want to use. Louis is not helpful at all when you confront him with shortcomings, I was cursed at, I was made out to be a fraud, I was embarrassed at the wedding venue as he harassed the staff. I have decided to go to hellopeter.com for the simple reason of trying to avoid other bridal families falling into the same trap. It was a wedding weekend from hell and all due The Wedding Warehouse/The Wedding Party.
