Order # ZA**********91 I have waited 3 months, I received an email thanking me for my money and that was the only communication this company has with their customers. After that its good luck to your package, After buying the Ring from another store i requested a refund on the order. The reply is that an investigation needs to be done, That was 2 weeks ago with no feedback. Do yourself a favor and buy local. This is shocking and i am still demanding a full refund as i haven't received the product and no longer need or want them.

Received my Afrihost LTE router last month, the first month was great, internet was fine, on the 70/50Gg package. since the 29th of August the ping went up the download speed went down, my ping tests shop over 100 ping, and 1.9Mb/s download speed, all day, not peak hours 24/7 the download speed is the same, low low low I have phoned in 4 times, and received the exact same advice, changing settings restarting, APN settings, getting told Telkom will get back to me but nothing has happened, i will be cancelling in the next few days and sending the router back, its false advertising.
