We organized for a relatives child to have their teeth assessed. The child was 6 years old. The (obviously competent) dentist found an abscess, fillings and the requirement for a tooth removal. It was decided that there was too much work a simple local anesthetic for a child of his age. Then we had to wait 10 days for a quote. After 10 days when we got nothing, we checked in to find we needed to wait longer but that the current quote was for X. After yet more time we were sent a quote that included a local unaesthetic only. Try and try as we might, we were unable to get anyone at reception on the phone during the day on which we received the quote and we were unable to solicit responses by email. Absolutely unacceptable, how competent professionals can hire clearly *********** and uncaring staff to man reception to save a few bucks is quite beyond me. My advice, don't use this company. Find people who hire quality staff and want to build quality from the ground up.
